I'm a pragmatic and strategic Workday consultant with proven track record in EMEA and Global implementations. I have the ability to analyse requirements from cross-company stakeholders in order to design the global and local template. Being a strong influencer, I can communicate with people at all levels. Complex problem-solving skills and creativity are some of my key assets to architect future-proof solutions that drive HR and business strategy. Starting from a common ground, my aim is to create uncommon results and new perspectives.


I have been in varied roles across projects, ranging from module expert to global solutions architect and project lead. I have delivered many successful implementations with my in-depth knowledge of all aspects of HR processes combined with multiple Workday modules: HCM, Security, Core Compensation, D&I, Global Mobility, Internal & External Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent & Performance Management, Extend design, etc. Agreeing a test approach, testing integrations with 3rd parties, creating a training plan, and preparing training material are also within my expertise.

I am perfectly bilingual (Dutch/English), with a good knowledge of French.
